SHOPPING INFORMATION
We deliver across Bangladesh with care and reliability.
• Dhaka deliveries: ৳90
• Outside Dhaka: ৳150
Bulk orders may include additional handling fees to ensure premium service.
Once your order is confirmed, we will process and book it with the courier within 24 hours.Customers can expect to receive their product within 72 hours of booking.
In rare cases such as natural disasters or unexpected events, delivery may be delayed by 1–2 days.Post Order Processing goods will be shipped within 6 working days there from. Registered Customers can check their order status from the MY ORDER page. Non-registered customers will receive timely e-mails stating their Order Status.
Note: Working days do not include Fridays,Saturdays & Public Holidays as prescribed by the Govt. of Bangladesh
- Orders will be delivered by a Reputed Courier Agency between 10A.M to 6P.M. Any complaint regarding delay, deficiency, etc. shall be the sole responsibility of the said Courier Agency.
- Delays occurring due to unforeseen events such as Unavailability of Recipient, Administrative & Political instability in your city, Extreme weather conditions, Natural Calamities, Destination Custom Clearance process, etc. are not warranted for under the provisions of the shipping policy.
- Shipping period of 6 working days is not applicable to remote and interior locations with limited/minimal accessibility.
Your sales receipt will be sent to your email and/or mobile number immediately after purchase.

We understand that plans can change and we’re here to help.
• You may request a change or cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order, as long as it hasn’t been processed for dispatch.
• To do so, please contact our support team with your order number and requested changes.
• Once an order is dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible but you can still initiate a return after delivery.
• Customized or limited-edition items may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
• Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
Package tracking allows you to monitor the journey of your order from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can use this number to check the real-time status of your delivery whether it’s in transit, out for delivery, or delivered.
