• Instant Check at Delivery: Customers must inspect the product while the delivery agent is present. If a defect is found, the product should be returned immediately. We will recheck and resend the item or cancel the order if the customer chooses not to accept it. Any prepaid amount will be refunded.
• Defective Products: If a product has a defect, the full payment will be refunded. If there’s no defect and the customer chooses not to receive the product intentionally, only the product cost will be refunded—delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Unboxing Video Required: If a defect is found, customers must send an unboxing video mentioning the issue while the delivery agent is present. Upon verification, delivery charges will also be refunded.
• Post-Delivery Returns: If the product is returned after the delivery agent has left, the customer must cover the return shipping fee. Used or washed items will not be accepted. The product must be returned with proper packaging. Once received and verified, any prepaid amount will be refunded.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards / Special Vouchers / Special Schemes / Coupon.
- For additional products that are not returnable, it is mentioned in the product description.
Product(s) must be unused, and in a resalable condition with all labels and tags intact.
Our return policy allows you to start the return process within 7 days from the date of order delivery. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to process a refund.
Please note that we do not facilitate product exchanges. If you wish to make a change to your purchase, kindly initiate a return and proceed to place a new order.
The courier company will make two attempts to pick up the shipment from your provided address. If they are unable to complete the pick-up, kindly co-operate and send the shipment back to the company address to ensure flexibility and efficiency in handling the return process.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
A non-refundable charge of 150 taka will be applied on all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

According to THman’s return policy:
• Approved refunds are processed within 24 hours.
• Refunds will only be made to the account used for payment. Requests to transfer refunds to another account will not be accepted.
